Naigaon is a town and taluka in Nanded district of Maharashtra state in India. Naigaon (Bz.) is located 41.2 km south of the District Main City Nanded on MSH - 6 (Akola - Hyderabad). It is 492 km from the State capital Mumbai. It is the Center of Naigaon Taluka. It is one of the rapidly growing towns in the Nanded District. Well known for its famous weekly market for livestock and leather, which is a good and cheap source of fresh vegetables for local people. The economy is mainly based on agriculture and related business. The main crops grown are wheat, cotton and soybean. The town has fair medical facilities with a Rural Hospital and Trauma Care Center. The economy is boosted due to the educational facilities in the town. It has one of the largest cloth and fertilizers market in the district. The town is well connected by Road with its district capital Nanded, Hyderabad, Aurangabad, Akola, Bidar, Nijamabad.
